Your problem is not clear. What are you trying to connect to?
If you have problems connecting to the internet then check your connection, restart your router and if necessary contact your internet provider.
There is no way to upload csv files to Etsy (unless you are selling them) so you must be trying to upload them to a different website, in which case you need to check with them.

my problem is simple : it is impossible to connect ( open my account using my email and password) in other way than the app etsy
i can’t via my computer in safari in google chrome it’s impossible because after putting my email and password nothing happens
You don’t need to enter your email to login. Use your username instead.

It is impossible for me to connect to my BrocantenFrance store (BrocantenFrance.etsy.com) since today December 15, 2023

Firstly, when trying to connect, Etsy asked me (and this is the first time in 4 years...) to send it a 6-digit code which was to be sent to me (within the minute. ..) by SMS on my cell phone (that's the right number...). Nothing, absolutely nothing...Nothing in my mailbox either...(neither in spam nor in blocked numbers...)
I am an "old" seller (BrocantenFrance.etsy.com - Top seller) and this is the first time I have encountered this problem.
I contacted Etsy's help center and they ask you to answer multiple security questions but then no response from them.....
I had packages to ship today (deadline) and since I won't be able to notify my buyers on time, I will lose my "Top Seller" status. I cannot track my many other packages and cannot list any items....
In short, I can't work and Etsy remains silent. What to do ???
