These are emails sent last night. I’m unable to send messages to both. On my seller’s. Etsy one asking for email to confirm. Unable to respond. I am totally new to Etsy. Is this something I’ve done wrong or a scam? Tearing my hair out at the moment.

It's a huge SCAM! Sorry. 

Messages from Etsy now appear in a separate inbox marked 'from Etsy' (that's in your shop manager).

Buyers don't need your email address. Etsy already has it.

Don't click on links in emails (even if they look legit).

First clue that it's a scam - What's wrong with that sentence?  

You can't respond because Etsy has already deleted their scam account.
