You don't have the messaging badge. Check the CSV for messages under the Previous Period tab to see where you went wrong. Remember the badge is not just one month's performance, it is a rolling three month period. You may have 100% on the Current Period tab, but it wasn't 100% at the end of last month, which is why you don't have the badge.
