Technical Problem when Listing and Etsy keeps saying Contact Support if it keeps happening

I have been listing prints and original art and recently now and then Etsy's window pops up with a sad face saying "Hmm, we can not save your changes, keep trying and if it happens again contact Support."  Well, there is no one to contact and it appears to be a problem on Etsy's end as it doesn't happen all the time... but seems to lately if I add a video or just randomly.   There is no one to reach and I've tried many times and now will have to sell elsewhere if I can't use my Etsy account.

Sounds like it might be your device.  Are you using a mobile device or a computer?  What browser and is everything including OS up to date? 

You contact Etsy through  Contact us under Help in the shop manager.  Look for something close to your issue and then look for 'I still need help'.  You can send an email to Etsy.  Sometimes chat can work if you have that available>

I'm having the same problem today. I wonder if there is a technical issue nowadays. I was able to make a listing in the morning but then it kept giving me errors.

I am having the same problem, specifically when listing vintage books.  At first I thought it could be a copyright issue, but then I checked Etsy listings for the same books and found that other sellers had successfully listed them.  Who and where are we to report issues like this?  It isn't my browser since I have no problem listing other items - just books (vintage books).  Two days ago I successfully listed a vintage cookbook, today I've tried listing two different books with no successful, getting the same message as you:

"Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support."   Help!!

There is a known error if you are trying to edit a copied listing or edit a sold listing.  Start from scratch and see if it works.

I had the same problem when trying to reactivate a listing.  The pop up kept saying contact support.  I used chat and contacted etsy.  The first thing they told me to do was go back to the old listing form so I can activate my listing without any issues.  This was their exact words.  But, they are going to switch over to the new listing form permanently in a few day. What are they going to do then when everyone keeps having problems.  I don't always want to start a new listing.  Some listings already have a sales history that I want to keep.
