Technical Glitch Shipping Error by Etsy System

The Etsy system incorrectly deleted an order shipping status and caused the Star Seller shipping status to incorrectly deduct.  An order shipped on 12/20/2024 included all USPS tracking numbers and the USPS tracking number is shown on the customer order in the Etsy order completed. I confirmed the delivery of this order with USPS, their system shows that the package was delivered to the customers mailbox on 12/24/2025 at 12:57pm.   Yet the Etsy system incorrectly shows the order as “not shipped” with no tracking as of January 2, 2025.  Yet on January 1, 2025, the Etsy system showed the tracking number, and the status as shipped.

Please update and correct the Etsy shipping system.

Just an FYI...

We are only other sellers here and can't "update and correct the Etsy shipping system".

You'll have to contact Etsy through your Seller Dashboard to get help.

@RockFossilDepot: Don't mention Star Seller, just the actual issue of incorrect tracking information.

Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.
