Miscalculated Star Seller Stats

My stats are not showing correct numbers, my review rating went down and I have only received 5 stars. My message rating went down and I have answered every message. I also got an email from Etsy stating I reached star seller but it’s not showing correctly in my sellers app.

You are missing the Message badge -- so download the Messages CSV and see which message Etsy thinks you missed answering

"My message rating went down ..." Check the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for January Star) to confirm which new Message thread(s) Etsy thinks were answered late or not answered at all.

"I also got an email from Etsy stating I reached star seller ..." Unfortunately there are numerous posts in this forum about Etsy sending the congratulations eMail in error.

So, not all 5 stars.
