Please report to technical the labels are still frozen. This is huge for me since this is my busy time. 

Frozen labels and no way to purchase USPS.

Same problem for me. I have not been able to purchase shipping labels for the whole day today. Not just USPS...I am in Canada, so trying to purchase Canada Post shipping labels.

I have tried all. It is sporadic for sure. I have gotten it to work a little. But it is upsetting when this is your busy season. Took 5 contacts for anyone at ETsy to believe me.

I moved my order out of the folder it was in a new folder, then I could print.

I would refresh my page after hitting the shipping icon and it would load. Had to do this on several orders.

Has anyone having these issues tried the new blue Seller app?  Is this only happening with bulk printing?  I've had no issues on laptop w/Chrome - but I print one at a time.

Have a back-up plan - this has happened before, it'll happen again.

I am using an Apple Macbook and do not use the App they suggest. I do nothing for Etsy on my phone. This is a big technical glitch they admitted to me. It is not us. However, they are printing on and off, but it is not reliable at all.

That is what I use and not working well there either. I am on an Apple and everything works except Etsy.

You can print out your labels through Pirate Ship.  They will import directly from Etsy.

Yes they are very reliable.  I switched over to them when the USPS was doing chargebacks all the time.  They have a setup where you just need to do one click to dispute and I was always refunded.

This has happened several times on Etsy. In time, maybe a few hours, Etsy will sort it out. That is why I have 1-3 or even 3-5 days for shipping. Never sure if the label will print in my time frame.

I did that the OP said and it worked!  Click on Get Shipping Labels and then refresh your screen and hit Get Shipping Labels again.  I would sometimes wait for an hour for a label to print, while I got the message "waiting for Etsy."  No excuse for this!
