Is there anyone from Etsy Support I can actually talk to or email directly - I'm having huge anxiety now because I haven't been able to egt into my shop sonce very early this morning due to hackers. 

I reported the issue with screen shots and detailed information. I tried to log into my account this morning and it stated incorrect password. Clicked the link to reset it, went to my email and followed the instructions to find out I'm limited access but I have no access at all. 

This is devastating!

I am pretty sure once you remove all the illegal listings that you have that are trademarked, Etsy will give you full access back. Once a human looks at your shop, they’ll shut you down completely.

if you clicked reset on your password and you received the email to reset then it is unlikely your account has been hacked, would the hackers not change the email and bank account in your account?

Most likely scenario is the one mentioned by SimplyinvitingLLC your shop has been noticed by Etsy for all the wrong reasons and they have limited or blocked  your access
