Uploaded my Government-issued personal ID. it says that it should be verified in 2-5 days. It's been 3 weeks, several email discussions, live chat, and phone call request. Absolute ignorance.
"We do have a dedicated team that can take an in-depth look at this and get back to you via email." Got this answer from them so many times. And if I say that this team is not verifying, or asking for another way, they just close the chat. Preposterous.
