So this is my first time selling on Etsy and after publishing some photos for digital download yesterday, I noticed that 3 were instantly removed after posting so I reached out to support, offering them evidence via photos of the images along with the listings links that now show products as unavailable.
They gave a generic template response that support cannot help with listings being removed and offered no clarity. The photos were landscapes of the coastline (2x) and a garden.
They show up in my listing fee section, but do not in inactive or active sections. Again, they don't violate any of the seller's policy from what I've read. I took the photos myself so it's not an IP issue, maybe it could be tags/title but I know for a fact I titled them as: Aruba Coastline + tags like "nature", "beach", etc. For the garden: San Francisco Golden Gate Park Garden with similar relevant tags like "garden", "waterfall", etc., but I can no longer check since they don't appear as inactive and the only evidence of them existing are the listing fees I paid...
If anyone has any insight, please help since support will not and they've taken the money anyway without refund despite me giving them evidence and asking for a reason...
It was probably a bot that removed them, hopefully a human will review them. May take a few days.
See if anything makes sense in this document,
I think unfortunately, they won't do anything about it and are just giving me the run around despite giving them the evidence:

I also tried on another browser and they don't show because when you click the links to them on the listings fee dashboard it shows as unavailable...
