Support hasn't responded in over a week.

Hello,

we have registered a shop for our business in Poland. But Etsy could not check the data of our company (I don’t know why the company has already existed with us for 4 years).


We wrote a letter to support, we have been waiting for a response for a week.

What else can be done?

Wait until they get back to you. Don't keep sending requests, it won't speed them up.

Do you have an email from the support ticket you opened?  IF so, use that email to request an update on your situation.

If you did not receive a response back that they had your information, it is quite possible that original was lost.

In that case with no response from Etsy, send in one more ticket, using 'I still need help' under  Contact us.  When you get that reply email which will be a general one, reply back that you would like an update and to ask if anything else is needed.

While you are waiting finish your shop.  You need your about page and shop policies.
