Support Chatbot not replying or starting conversation

Hi! 

The last week I was talking to an agent and after we finished our conversation, I've noticed he didn't "disconnect" from the chat. Yesterday I tried starting a new support chat and I wasn't getting any reply from the chatbot neither starting a new conversation, looks like it got stuck.

Any help?

Clear cookies and cache and just type a new question, this should restart the chat box.

Tried clearing cache, cookies and even changing the browser, still doesn't work

There have been loads of reports like this where the chat is never resolved!
