Support Callback Feature Not Working

When I put my phone number in and press submit, I get a pop up warning saying "Hm, something went wrong. Refresh this page and try again."

I have repeatedly tried again, but I keep getting the same error message.

Is anyone else having problems using this feature... or have I been blocked!?!

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for the past hour or so. I think it’s a flitch on their end.

Given the number of glitches with other things at the mo, I'm not surprised this is tool is broken too!

I was under the impression Etsy does not offer phone support. At least not for sellers

You can ask for a callback.

You cannot call them.

Oh did not know. I cant find it anywhere and as you know when they force our shop into vacation mode they remove the chat icon button so we cant even chat with etsy support.
