I am reposting this issue as I am still having the same problem. I get an error message when I use the contact us function for a call back. I get a message- Hm something went wrong. Refresh and try again. Chat is not working either. I have no way of contacting Etsy for weeks now. Can someone in admin please respond to this?!!

I get that same message, plus I'm being told I don't have permission to post in the Etsy forums. I guess being a seller for 17 years doesn't count as qualified.

Me either. I get a red banner on the page that said something went wrong and to refresh the page to try again
EDIT: I get this message on every device, browser, and wifi or cellular network when requesting the call. I don't know what's going on today..

Is there a way to contact etsy and talk to an actual customer service agent to know what is going on with my seller account? I have been trying to reach them via chat and do not seem to get a response and I have unable to find any other way to contact them..
@JewelryFX This has been going on for me for a few months. I contacted Etsy via email and chat and nothing has been repaired. Now email is the only option and my emails get a canned response.
I have this problem too, anyone knows why?
