Hi I have had my first couple of sales selling on Etsy. My buyers have contacted me to tell me that they are unable to leave reviews on the products they have purchased from my Etsy. They have purchased both physical and digital products. They are unable to leave a review on my Etsy shop. Etsy doesn't give them the option to leave a review. This seems like a technical issue. This is impacting my sales, as I do not have a review yet. 

Could this please be looked at, at the earliest opportunity.

Did they checkout as guests? Because if so, they wouldn't be able to leave reviews.

It may also be that items were delivered before Etsy's estimated dates and the review windows are not open yet.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

Good advice here, they may have been guests or the review window has not opened yet.
