please can we fix the issue resulting in double "private notes" ?
example:
buyer messages after ordering , asking to edit something
we need to put a note so "add a privite note on someones order" , on the app, this is easy.
the buyer then re messages to add something else.
we need to edit the note ( you can only edit the private note on the app )
if you go onto desktop version, it makes a complete new note, which you cant see on the app version
you need to make it so the desktop version is able to edit the app "private note" , instead of creating a new note that is only visible on the desktop version.
I was just able to edit a private note on my laptop. I know the Seller app lags behind, but I'm seeing the change I made on the app.
Not sure what your issue is?
* Just in case you are talking about the mobile desktop site - I was able to edit there, and immediately see the change on my laptop and the Seller app. It's working as it should for me.
