Why do I see this error message on all of my products "Low in stock"
In your listings, check your "Quantity" if this is set to 1 or 2 it will show low in stock. Increase the Quantity
I’m not sure but with instant downloads most sellers will put down that there are more than 1 available, some put down 100. This way it automatically renews the listing so it’s always available for someone to buy. With just 1 available it won’t show up in your shop until you renew the listing. Maybe they think you are low in stock because there is only 1 available.
"Out of stock" is the exact message... even listed 10 items in stock... I am attaching a link to the product...
@ARTbySamBaruch: It is NOT an error message, it is a nudge aimed at buyers to give them a sense of urgency to buy right now, before it is gone. If you are only doing downloads, then follow the suggestions above.
This is correct - I've had this "low stock" message on listings with quantities of 6, and I rarely even list that many.
"Out of stock" is the exact message... even listed 10 items in stock... I am attaching a link to the product...
@ARTbySamBaruch I'm not seeing "out of stock" or low in stock anywhere on that listing.
I'm also not seeing out of stock, low in stock on that listing.
I can add to cart and if it was out of stock, I wouldn't be able to.
It appears you only have a quantity of 1 because the quantity box is not on the cart page showing more available.
With digital downloads I'm sure you could have multiple quantities available.
I did a test listing for a digital download to check this and could enter as many as 999 in the quantity box.
@ARTbySamBaruch I also am not seeing any message regarding stock levels on this listing.
For what it's worth, as a digital products seller, I always input a quantity of 999 on each listing so I never have to worry about it. A few times a year, I'll check all the quantity levels and increase those I'd like a bit higher.
