I changed nothing on the phone, receive all other notifiactions, I checked and the notifications are on, anyone with the same problem?
@NorseKids It's possible there was an update with either the app, or your phone, - or both. Check your phone settings, under apps and permissions, notifications - you might need to toggle something on again. One other thing that can happen - I've done this - your sound may be down or off for Notifications - sound level is not just for ringtone!

Same here, woke up and saw I have no orders. Went to my laptop and there were orders.
@NorseKids: A quick search will show lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.

My "order' notifications have stopped for my cell phone and sometimes on the site itself. Twice I have missed orders that didn't show in my store until I clicked on "Orders & Shipping". Then, up popped the order after a customer notified me that they didn't receive their purchase. I like to ship my orders on the same day, if possible. This really irks me.
