Stuck in transit

Hey, I have shipped some of my orders over seas to US and EU. I used Royal Mail international standard which isn’t a tracked service but it does give me a tracking number on the postage label. I input this tracking number into my completed order but it has only tracked the collection, not delivery, meaning I can’t deposit these funds as they’re still ‘in transit’, but the buyer does actually have the order now, and has had it for a month. 

how do go about this??

If you haven't paid for a tracked service then it will not be tracked nor shown as delivered.  

For  release of funds if your shop is subject to a Reserve an actual tracking number is required otherwise how can Etsy be sure it has actually been delivered.  Without tracking your funds will be released after the reserve period.
