Error in cart

Hello, I wonder if anyone is able to help.

I have a buyer from the UK that has an item of mine in her cart with a big yellow banner that says this item does not deliver to the UK even though I am located in the UK.

She has sent me a screenshot showing the banner. 

Another item in her cart under mine is from a shop located in the UK too.
Their listing does not show a banner.

Hello, I have got the same problem in Switzerland. I suppose, the reason is, because we are not members of the European Economic Area.

Is the buyer in Northern Ireland ( a BT postcode)?

If you Have disabled EU sales due to the GPSR regulations that will also disallow sales to Northern Ireland.
