Hi, it’s this Etsy a scam?
it’s over 2 months from sale and I didn’t receive my payment, I contact so many times support and got few emails but they are so pathetic. They didn’t told me what’s the problem or when I receive my money. I feel so sick of wasting my time and nerves is there any legal way to force them to get paid?
Have you verified your bank account? Etsy should have paid a small deposit into your bank account - you would have then been asked to input the amount into your Finances/Payments Settings/Payment Methods page to verify it.
Do you have a valid credit/debit card on file for bill payments? Failure to have a valid payments card will stop deposits. See Finances/Payment Settings/Billing.
Are you on Payment reserve?

Yes everything it’s verified and ready to go, pathetic is that over month contacting support and still they didn’t give me any answers
New shops are often placed on Payment Reserves for a period of time, I think I remember 90 days but not sure where I got that from. Useful links:

You should be able to email: support@etsy.com to confirm if your account has a payment reserve
As a new shop, you are on a hold, reserve or both.
Hold: 7 or 14 day hold on each sale for 90 days from the date of your 1st sale.
Go to your payment account under the finances tab. Scroll down recent activities, where it says "sale" under the description, you will see a date for when the funds will be released. This can be 7 days or 14 days after the date of sale. If it is `14 days after the date of sale, then all your sales will be on a hold for 14 days from date of sale.
Any fees, postage etc.. is deducted instantly, leaving a balance to be paid out, if further sales come in before the date of your Pay out, then the fees, postage etc. is instantly deducted from your next available funds (so make sure you can finance your company for at least 3 to 6 months)
Once the 90 days are up, then you receive the funds for each sale the following day. Keep in mind that 90 days is not set in stone, they can increase this 180 days if shops are not following the rules, online selling laws, customer service.
Reserve: Make sure you send everything with tracking, if not, then once your funds are released from the hold, they could go straight into a reserve for a further 45 days

Your shop is lacking much of the required legal policies, it is best to get everything in order to prevent longer holds on your funds
