I created my shop over a month ago. Immediately after I paid my setup fee, I was notified that my shop was suspended because Etsy was unable to verify my taxpayer information (via email and the banner in the Shop Manager). I followed the instructions provided and successfully updated my tax information as was confirmed by a new banner stating, "Good news: We verified your taxpayer information!" However, my shop is still on vacation mode, and I haven't gotten a response to my recent emails or support requests. Any tips on how to resolve this or escalate it to a specialist team?
