After 20 days of enrolling in Etsy Payments, my shop is still stuck in vacation mode
I contacted Etsy support and provided all the proof of verification and identification, which was accepted, the shop came out of vacation mode but automatically returned to vacation mode after the first sale
I tried to contact Etsy support again but no one answered.
I tried to send the request again (several times), but every request is immediately marked as completed, without anyone contacting me from the agents.
I tried to contact support via chat from my other store, but no one is answering there either.
Does anyone know how to get back in touch with Etsy support?
I appreciate any help you can provide.
