Label failed to purchase. 0 labels purchased.

I've been trying to print a label for an item to ship to Switzerland since February 16th and am still getting the failed to purchase message. I am in Canada and have been able to successfully purchase labels for Canada and the US today, but not this international order.

I contacted Etsy support and "Zoro" looked into it and said everything looks fine and basically told me "too bad, you have to use a different shipper. Let us know if you need more support."

Using a different shipper for an already paid for sale isn't feasible. Shipping privately to Europe if far too expensive.

I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of help and being told it's my problem to solve. 

Now if have to cancel a sale, I have a late shipping blemish on my sales stats and an unhappy customer, not to mention my time and frustration.

If it is already late then it will make no difference if you cancel it.

Have you tried using a different browser?  I could produce a different result but not so likely but maybe worth a go. 

Can you not simply buy your postage from whatever carrier Etsy would be using and then enter the tracking manually. 

You will need to find a solution outside of Etsy as your customer is waiting.

Shipping to Europe from Canada? With any other shipper is prohibitively expensive (hundreds of $$). Etsy provides discounted rates so purchasing outside of Etsy costs more which wasn't built into my price. I ended up having to cancel the order and lost a good sale.  I've had the problem in the past but it's always resolved within a day. Frustrating being told "everything is working on our end" when there is clearly an issue.
