Stuck in Vacation Mode after updating Tax Info Is Etsy Aware?

I have been stuck in vacation  mode for almost 24hrs now...I have updated everything etsy asked for and even received an email from etsy safety that all is verified...I just am starting to wonder if etsy is aware of this.  I know that some people previously in a thread said they had the same issue and now there shops are up and open....any help from etsy would really be appreciated to let sellers know they are aware of the situation and working to fix it.

Hi NanaLetha- yes, I have no orders to ship it has nothing to do with that...people have been having issues with an email etsy sent asking you to update tax info for the upcoming 1099...as soon as you do it it puts you in vacation mode...it is some sort of glitch on their end but nothing has been fixed for me and it has been almost 24hrs.  I updated my info and even received an email right back from etsy trust that I was verified and all good.  I don't know what is happening.

This just happened to us and I can't get ahold of anyone at Etsy. I verified our info with the IRS and it's all correct, Etsy now says it's verified but I'm still stuck on Vacation Mode! In the most $$$ time of the year!

We have the same problem. Etsy put us on vacation mode and we want that removed! How do we do it?

@Former_Member Your notice say Etsy is having technical issues. Go to your email and reply from from the email Etsy sent and only reply from there. 

@LocalProduceDesign Yours is say you need to catch up to orders which you may have done already. Go to your email and reply from from the email Etsy sent and only reply from there. 

Took me 14 emails to get Tax details fixed and that was answering the email Etsy sent about putting shop on hold. So yes will take time and persistence and and being patience.

@craftycraftscorners How can you see what mine is saying? I have no orders to catch up on. I have emailed them about 20 times and no one is responding. I haven't received an email back in 3 days.
