star seller stats on shipping/tracking incorrect

I always add the tracking number on each order that is shipped.  i have check my completed orders and each show the tracking number, yet, when i go to my star seller,  it always shows between 27-34 items without tracking numbers.  Please advise how to get this corrected.  There is a gliche somewhere  thank you

Are you shipping from the post office?  If you use Etsy or Pirate Ship labels, you don't have to worry about adding the tracking numbers.

If you think it's wrong , you need to log a ticket with etsy to correct it.

from the dashboard - Community and help - contact us - keep going until you get to "I still need help"

do an extract from the CSV, of the ones that etsy says are wrong, and you believe are correct.
