Struggling to change business Details

Hi All.

I'm now a registered Limited Company and also VAT registered, just trying to update the relevant info and all I get from Etsy is 

"There was an error saving your taxpayer information. Please try again." - no info about what might be wrong.

This happens on both my Shops.

I will have to contact support I guess but just wondering if there might be something I'm not quite doing right or any suggestions what it is blocking it.

UPDATE - I've got the VAT details working by clearing my browser cookies, struggling to submit the Business Information still though.

I've no help for you but in the same situation.  I was a VAT registered sole trader and need to change to Scottish Ltd Co. with new VAT number.  I can change the VAT number keeping as a sole trader but that's no help really.  'Chat' with Etsy offered no answers apart from using different browser which hasn't helped. Please let me know if you get anywhere!   best wishes Ceinwen

We are in the same situation. We are sellers from Spain and until now we were VAT registered sole traders and now we have created a company but there is no way to introduce it on Etsy. We always get the same error.

"There was an error saving your taxpayer information. Please try again."

We are sure that we entered the data correctly but there is no way and Etsy's customer service does not give us any solution.
