I'm getting a bizarre 403 error this morning on random listings- some of my own, some from other shops. I tried 3 different devices, all using Chrome, and encountered the issue intermittently in all 3 places. Clearing cache did not help. When I click a listing, sometimes I get a 403 error page with the url "princess.etsy.com/listing/....". If I go back and click the listings again the issue sometimes goes away but not always. I've never seen or heard of princess.etsy.com, very strange! Anyone else seeing this?
Here is the full url I'm seeing on one of my listings:
https://princess.etsy.com/listing/1650192624/black-tourmaline-choker-necklace-gothic?click_key=ffc28815d33e877eb35707d2a2eaf5d0cd603755%3A1650192624&click_sum=eebb0190&ga_search_query=black&ref=shop_items_search_4&pro=1&sts=1
Same here.
Yes I noticed this also - however if you remove "princess" from the URL you can still get to the page that you clicked on - pretty frustrating though.
Yes, we're having the same issue.
The 403 error only occurs when the "princess" subdomain is included in the url:
https://princess.etsy.com/listing/1650192624/black-tourmaline-choker-necklace-gothic
I don't see any problem with the normal url format:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/1650192624/black-tourmaline-choker-necklace-gothic

What does it mean? Why does it do that? Who is Princess?
Same here!
Yes, this happened to me when I was trying to buy something and then I checked my own shop and it was there too. I also use chrome
Same here, via Firefox and Microsoft Edge, started an hour ago.
I too have been seeing this on, and off when I visit certain listings in my shop, strangely enough mine was tourmaline also
meee tooo! yikes!
So thankful that it's an issue that Etsy is working on resolving! I thought for sure my Etsy shop had been hacked and my designs stolen by the 'princess.etsy' hacker.
getting the same here....grrrrr
Same error here. Seems like Etsy will be able to fix it soon, so sit tight everyone.
Me too !
Yes same error
Same here. Intermittently, sometimes it’s fine if I try again, sometimes not. Hoping it’s sorted soon!
Same here! Thank you in advance for resolving this issue quickly, Etsy!
Still happening
same here when i tried to open my own listing using Chrome: I got the forbidden error message plus a google translate popup was asking if I wanted Danish or English.
Same here!
It's a problem with the coding of the shop home pages.
The links through to listing pages have the "princess" subdomain added, whatever the real shop name.
It is also a problem on the listing management page in shop management. The same "princess" subdomain is appearing in the "share" links on the listing management page. This means that the share links copied for posting on social media & blogs (share & save scheme) won't work.

Same here... I click on a profile in my stats and it reads; https:// princess.etsy. com - then 403 forbidden. However, not all profiles I clicked on did that.
It appears to be fixed now - on the shop home page.
The share link is getting the correct shopname instead of "princess" as the subdomain, however the page it links to has a 400 error

It's not fixed on my home page. Most of the listings are still 403 Forbidden.
Etsy has sent out an email stating they are working on a site problem. I haven't seen a follow email yet stating the issue has been resolved. The positive thing is they are working on it so a resolve will happen. I'm working on other things while they are fixing it.
