Same here. The problem with these incessant glitches is that I no longer even know whether to b*tch about it in this thread, or in one of the many “why have my views dropped this month?” threads…
It's been 17 hours now. If you have clicked over to a new day during that time, change the Date Range on your dashboard to Last 7 days. The Views will erroneously show Just now but the Visits will show the real story at 17 hours ago.
Edited to add: It just clicked over to 18 hours ago.
Although I appreciate it is nice to see the stats themselves.. surely the most important thing is sales and the stats will eventually update?
The views and visits are still happening, we just cannot see the level of them currently. I have 0 views, 1 visit and 5 sales. So clearly all the stats are to be ignored apart from sales.
Not ideal I realise but from what I am seeing, it isn't blocking customers being able to view and purchase listings - just the numbers our end being temporarily affected
Shop is currently still zero views stats like many on here and no activity for at least 15 hours and counting. These glitches really are annoying. Let’s hope ETSY sorts it asap. I think the tariffs don’t help either.
Not only am not getting updated stats....my stats suck! I just listed a bunch of new items and no one is looking at my site. I haven't had a sale since April 4, I reduced all my shipping to $5.99, upped my Etsy ad per day costs and still only 1 or 2 visits per day. What is happening to Etsy??
There is still a problem today (Thursday 1st May 2025) - Stats have been updated for yesterday up until 23:00 but they look strange, as for today VIEWS and VISITS have not been updated for 9 hours @ 09:30 01/04/25.
It would be great if the technical guys could give us an update, tech issues happen we all understand that, but the information vacuum is very concerning for all your sellers, a situation which is easily resolved. Thanks!
I've just had a chat with (useless) customer support, they do not have a clue. They say they can't see any issues, that everything is working fine! (my level of frustration with this site is stratospheric).
@ConfitesUK ah that’s a shame I’ve also just contacted them, not heard back yet. I wonder if this is affecting all sellers/shops? I’ve noticed quite a few of us are UK shops but maybe that’s just coincidence. Let’s hope they sort this out soon. I had one sale today and my visits stat still says zero.
Ditto in the UK. Views and sales totally up to date. Just the visits not updating, which I can honestly live without as long as the sales still come in!
