HELP with Etsy shop plugin with wordpress not working

Hello, I got the API key approved and I validated in wordpress while trying to connect my website through the Etsy shop plugin. 

So first step is done, when trying to go to step 2 informing my shop name I automatically go to step 3 but I cannot see any ID, Shortcodes, nothing... 

Can someone help me?

@NandTBoutique: As there may be multiple plugins, you may want to specify which one you are using. However this sounds more like a question to ask the plugin author.
