Stats not displaying

Good evening,

Since January I've been unable to see the complete stats for the shop for any period of time, from 1 day to all time . The screen shows the visits graph, but the subsequent options (Orders, et al) return a blank page. The same 'fault' is echoed for each and every time option.

Is this just me (!!!) or is there a problem further up the chain?

Hi Chriscb, I use a desktop computer, and am able to filter 1 day, 1 week, All Time, Custom, etc. But I recall seeing some Threads where the OP said the same as you. Are you using the App? If so, try a browser. In the meantime, let me see if I can find one of those Threads.

Hey thanks for the effort you made - clearly I didn't put in the correct identifers to find that thread. Well done.

The stats do behave as expected on an iPad, but still show a bare screen and no graph on the Mac. 

Guess we'll just have to wait for the fix!

It happens to me on iPad. If you rotate the screen the graph magically appears
