Stat seller calculation

My star seller status says I have a 1 star review so I cannot get Star Seller status for December. A customer accidentally put a one star review then changed it to a 5 star. Etsy shows I will not be a star seller for December. How do I fix this since I no longer have any reviews below 5 stars and meet all the Star Seller criteria?

When was that 1-star review posted and changed? Etsy updates Star Seller stats every 24 hours, so you may need to just wait and check again tomorrow. 

Off-topic, but important. "Chicago Bears' and Olaf / Frozen / Disney are trademarked. You need a license to sell such items.
