My customer is not able to add more than 1 star. She has given me a glowing review, is a returning customer three times and is upset that it won’t let her add more than 1 star, I am also a star seller so this glitch is going to affect my star seller status. Which is so unfair due to an error please help

Is she using the buyer app? Is it the newest one? I would ask her to go on line and try to change it there. 
Want to add that you should not reply to the review, if you do then she can’t change it.

Ask her not to fill in the stars one by one.  Have her fill in the fifth star.  If she fills them in one by one, the stars can stick and do complete what she wants.
