Hi all,
I have a customer trying to place an order on a product which has size and colour options. They have selected both and added to their basket, but it won't let them check out and tells them they need to select options. I can't find a way to contact Etsy about this. Is anyone else having the same problem?
In the meantime I'm going to create a custom listing for them.
