Dear colleagues and support...

I made a mistake and mark as shipped one order without the tracking number, eaven the order was refund. It was from 06 month.

In the chat center the support was so kind and canceled this order, but stll my star seller badge is not working, eaven all orhers orders were shipped with tracking number and on time?

Is there a way to fix it...this badge mean a lott.

Have your stats met all the minimum requirements to be a Star Seller? Response rate 95%+, 4.8 rating or higher, Dispatch time 95%+?

Yes. All other is good, exept this one mistake with the refund order...

@TesoryJewelry: Star Seller is only evaluated and awarded on the 1st of the month. If you qualify on August 1 you will receive the star and badges then. Updates to Star Seller stats are not retroactive.

Eaven after 12 orders and all other 95%...this " no tracking" order is still pending, eaven it was in 06.

Ok...tnx. i see..the curent dara are from ( may-31.06).

The data will change for 07, and the " pending ni track" will not be a problem?

@TesoryJewelry: The August star will be calculated on August 1st based on May, June, and July.

If you check your Completed Orders, does this order show as cancelled?

You should (periodically) check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see if the shipping statistics have updated.

If the order you’re talking about was from 6 months ago it has nothing to do with your star seller calculation.

You may not have had enough sales in the last three months to qualify to be a star seller.

By "it was from 06 month" do you mean from June? Or 6 months ago?

Did you meet all the other criteria? The #of orders and $ minimums?

Yes, from June (sorry)...all other criteria are good, green.

Order made in June 2023.   
Order refunded .  
Order showing in Star Seller stats as - late to ship.     
Contact Etsy through Chat & the rep. cancels the order.
Star Seller Stats have not updated to reflect the cancellation. 

@TesoryJewelry  - If the above is correct, I do not know if the Chat rep cancelling the order for you will cause your stats to change. 

Also, the star seller stats can take a few days to update. I do not know when Chat made the change to the order.

For the future, if you have the same situation where you cannot accommodate the buyer, Cancel and refund the order.
