Star seller status error

My March stats suggest 0 orders were made. But I made 10 orders in March. How does this get rectified? Thanks, Solvia

@Knitwoolsocks  This is weird.  I see 18 Reviews from Jan. thru March (of course not all Buyers leave Reviews).  However, the SS Metrics for the April 1 Badge includes the months of Jan., Feb. and March.  It is supposed to encompass 10 sales, $300.00.  You should definitely have reached that.

To contact Etsy:  Seller Dashboard > Community & Help (Left Column) > Contact.  Choose a menu option closest to your issue.  If you receive a response to an email and it does not help you,  Reply directly to that email, "I still need help". *(Instead of starting a new Ticket, which will push you back farther in line).

Which review period are you looking at?  The one prior for April or the new one?   What does the last review period say?  

It is odd.  You may want to contact Etsy and ask if there is a display glitch.
