Star seller smooth dispatch query

I am in Ireland. For the last 3 months I have sent all the items I could within the correct time and tracked. However Irish orders go untracked because there is no way to send them tracked . So because I have Irish orders I am not getting a smooth delivery badge. 
This is unfair as it is beyond my control.

I'm sorry, that is the way the Star Seller Metrics are designed.  Tracking must be provided on all deliveries.
