Aside from the "pre-transit" issue this may be related to the same glitch that is being worked on that I didn't see mentioned. There are 2 issues with the Star Seller Shipping report:
1. There are missing orders from 3/7 onwards except the 4 orders below with the next issue.
2. I have 4 orders that have a tracking number filled in that are being counted as late shipments because it's not "seeing" those tracking numbers.
All were shipped well inside of my established processing times of 3-6 days.
3/10/2023 - A customer had 4 separate orders in one day with an expected shipping date of 3/20/2023. I filled all orders and shipped in 1 package on 3/14/2023 and copied the tracking number from the one I purchased the Etsy label to the other 3 orders to complete them.
Those 3 are showing a ship by date of 3/14/2023 and "Shipped on Time" as No.
3/13/2023 - Customer placed an order and I purchased the appropriate label I needed from another shipping site. I completed the order and filled in the tracking number on 3/14/2023.
This order is showing a ship by date of 3/14/2023 and "Shipped on Time" as No.

After checking in here, we can confirm that you have 100% for the On-Time Shipping metric. Please know that when you shipped an item early without changing the ship-by date, the order may be updated on your Star Seller on or after the stated shipped date.
