My shipping report states I have 5 sales without tracking information. But this is not correct. The tracking information in clearly populated. How do I resolve so I keep my Star Seller status?

We double-checked your Star Seller, and we can confirm that the tracking events for the affected orders are now showing on Etsy. Please know that it may take about 24 hours for the On-Time Shipping score to update.
On the other hand, kindly know that our engineers pushed a fix recently to prevent new orders with valid USPS tracking from getting stuck in 'pre-transit' when there's tracking activity accessible. However, we're still working on updating orders currently stuck showing as 'pre-transit' so they won't have any negative impact on things like Shipping Score. You can monitor this Forums thread to know the latest updates.

Are you using Etsy labels?
Using Etsy shipping labels does not, I repeat does not, remedy the situation. This is a major glitch, and to continually infer that using Etsy shipping labels will resolve the problem is irresponsible.
