Star Seller Shipping- Tracking Number- Info Incorrect

My Star Seller information for Shipping is incorrect. In the Help Center, it said if that's the case, to post it here for help.  It says (4) of my items shipped on time but didn't have tracking number uploaded. I downloaded the complete report, and for the four items, the same day I printed shipping labels for them, the tracking number was automatically applied within Etsy.  It takes my % for that item from 100% down to 97%. This isn't a problem right now, but it will be cumulatively if it keeps happening .  Who can help correct this?

They can’t correct star seller stats but they can fix the tracking issue

The problem isn't really the star seller stats. The problem is that the tracking this month has been messed up which in turn then messes up the star seller stats. Take a look at this thread:

Sellers are sharing throughout the thread what they have done to try to get the tracking fixed. There is no one way. Contacting Etsy support and getting fixes is hit or miss as to which contacts work or don't.

Etsy knows there is a problem. They say engineers are working on it and hope to have it resolved soon and will provide an update when they know more which is not a great level of reassurance since we are approaching the end of the month and many sellers are currently set to lose the star seller status because of this problem.

I have the same issue! I provided tracking but it says that I didn't, dropping my % down below the threshold for star seller!

CSV for Star seller says I have 9 orders without tracking. They all have tracking via Etsy labels and many say they were not shipped on time which is also incorrect. The one order came in at 5:44 PM Friday and shipped on Sat. Hello?????? Can't Etsy fix anything?

I had the same issue. I used the chat feature to contact support and they were able to update the tracking, remains to be seen if star seller will auto correct, they say it will update tomorrow.

Even though I didn't have time to try the chat today, it looks like mine has corrected back to 100%!  So I'm hoping they've found the software solution and it will help everyone. Thank you, Etsy!!
