Hi everyone,
My star seller shopping and processing times are in every listing. But for some reason when some people purchase,it will say the processing times and tracking were not added dropping my numbers so i am always on the border of being star seller. What can I do to fix this error? I've gone through all my listings and they all have processing times. Also my shipping is connected to pirate shipping and tracking is always automatically added so not sure why it doesn't count it.

We've double-checked the listings associated with the orders that were tagged as having no processing time, and we can confirm that they have processing time set up at the time of purchase. Our engineering team is currently looking into this problem. At this time, we do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved but please know that we prioritize issues based on the impact on our members.
However, regarding the other orders that are affecting your Star Seller. One order doesn't have a tracking number added and the tracking number for the other order can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. When adding a tracking number, please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. If you're using an Integration to add the tracking information, it would be best that you contact them to further investigate the issue.

Hello! The exact same thing is happening to me, too. I lost the smooth dispatch and on-time dispatch and tracking because the system says two orders didn't have processing times - but they did! I'll be reporting it to Etsy support as the reply above says to do, but just wanted to flag up that this is still a problem!

Hello @TonsOfPaper and thanks for your response. Please note that I've already spoken with the tech team about this and they have confirmed that although the system says I don't have a processing on these orders, they have confirmed that I indeed do (and did at the time of purchase). They're looking into the bug and will get back with me.
