Customer don’t see my options

Hi I have a greeting card with a option for print message inside the card 

The options are like this

Printed message inside the card?

*no thanks
*yes please 
*yes please and send direct

i just sold one card and the order said “printed message inside card yes” but customer sent me a message and said the blank card on the inside is ok. (the "no thanks for message inside the card" option was unavailable)

I was checking here in different devices to see if my dropdown options works and is all ok … please let me know if anyone has this problem ?

Looks okay to me. I see all your options. Perhaps the customer was just confused (it is a little confusing unless you read the description).

I can see all the options just fine. I'm wondering if it was just user-error?
