Star seller rating for shipping is incorrect

Hi! My star seller rating for shipping on my Etsy Seller app says 4.9, but I have shipped everything on time. My data sheet says “yes” for Shipped on Time on all of my orders, so there is confirmation that this is a glitch. How do I handle this so that it starts showing as 5.0 again for my shipping?

Did you use tracking?

Are you factoring in all three months? Even when we use tracking it sometimes messes up. That happened to me once long ago. It clearly showed I shipped on time with tracking purchased via Etsy. But the numbers didn't jive. Anyway, long story short, there isn't anything you can do except keep shipping on time and will eventually roll back to 5.

At this late stage of the month you are unlikely to get hold of someone at Etsy in time for it to be fixed, and 4.9 is enough to qualify for that part of the badge anyway so I would let it go.  Striving for absolute perfection from Etsy will only lead to disappointment.
