return labels wont print correctly from app

I sent a return label through Etsy to a buyer and it won't print clearly from a phone, though I can print it from my computer but the buyer doesn't have a computer to use. I tried to print from my phone with the same blurry result. Has anyone else had this experience?

Tell them to go to a computer (neighbor, library, work, etc.). Two of my neighbors don't have printers so I print for them all the time.

I suggested that. I was just wondering if others had this problem. I just hope Etsy will fix this bug.
