Star seller numbers incorrect

I have 100% shipping and tracking. 98% speedy replies. 

Etsy says I have 4.6 from 8 reviews. I have 12 reviews. 12 6 stars and two stars. I should be a star seller

The review period is over 3 months, not the life of your shop.  For the June star (yet to be awarded) the 4.6 is correct - it's the average across the 3-month period.

When the program first started, you had to have 19 5 star reviews to 1 less than 5 star to make 95%.

You have 6 5 stars and 1 less than 5 for the period covered of March, April and May for the June SSB.  Unfortunately, that 2 star will not drop off until the August SSB unless you get a ton of 5 stars over the next couple of months and no more less than 5 star reviews.

I wouldn't mind,  either. That 2 star review was an item that I fully refund without  her sending the item back

Buyers and reviewers are under no obligation to change a review because of refunds.

I have been a Star Seller for several months.  This month my messaging percentage became very low and wrong.  I cannot fix this it seems.  I lost the good rating Star Seller for my shop.
