It says on 5/29. I did not have tracking numbers on two items. But I did. I combined the orders and put the tracking number on the other orders to complete them. As to not replying to a message it was someone who I looked a their store and they were thanking me. I did not really have anything to say. I have worked really hard to keep everything correct. Please look into this. I really want to get my star seller.

Good morning, all messages require a reply for star seller even the ones that do not require a reply. 

As for the tracking, Etsy tracking in the dashboard is far from reliable, you will have to contact Etsy with the order numbers and tracking numbers so they can fix that

As stated above, all messages require a reply whether it be even a quick "You're welcome" for them thanking you.

@CatsWhiskersCurios this is not the first time I have seen this and it was also in a shop selling the same sort of things, they also had over 100 reviews from the one person, they have been on vacation for a few months now, I wonder why !!

You have 849 listings.  You really need sections.  I wouldn't schlog through 24 pages to see if you had something similar to what I saw on the first page that I might like better, I'd just leave.  Which I did.

As for all first messages:  You have 3 choices... You can answer, you can mark as spam, or you can ignore and kiss Star Seller goodbye.   This message should have been spammed as sellers aren't supposed to be contacting you just because you visited (favorited?) their shop.
