My weekly auto reply is set after working hours and it's working perfectly, but message response rate haven't counted them as quick reply. Therefore I haven't received the Star Seller badge second month in a row...
Does anyone have same issue?
Report it to Etsy support so they give a reason
Etsy support said that the bug has to be reported here and they can't do anything about it.
Download the CSV file to find out which messages were answered late or not at all.
I've did that and went into the chats. They were auto replied as soon as messages were received.
Was this on May 30th or 31st?
Even an auto reply won't count, because it won't count the last 2 days of the month, allowing you the full 24 hours to reply.
