Star seller messages conversion not updating

My messages conversion is seemingly stuck on 33% even though I’m responding on time - it’s been 48 hours now and still just won’t go up..? The other sections are increasing but messages just stays at 33 and is holding me back.

It can take 24 hours for it to go up.  Also these need to be brand new messages in the message system.  Not ones from a thread.

I know. I’ve had many new messages and have waited 48 hours as stated in my post. It still doesn’t go up..

Are you responding to brand new messages? Or are you responding to ongoing threads?

Brand new, I’m aware ongoing threads don’t count. I’ve had lots of inquiries for Mother’s Day this week, all new messages.
