Can someone tell me is there is something wrong with calculations in the star seller dashboard?
The message rating is absolutely incorrect. I have one (1) late response and it is calculating at a 92. This is not a possibility. lol. Could Etsy just be having a glitch?
Thanks
I suspect you have had 12 messages in the last 3 months (Oct Nov Dec if you are talking about the upcoming Jan badge - Sept Oct Nov if you are talking about Dec badge) and one not responded to results in a 92% rating (11 divided by 12).
Download a CSV for your messages so you can see which ones are bringing you to 92%.

No. I have had twelve message since I opened my shop period. I rarely receive a message because my shop is pretty self- explanatory as to the craft I do and the items I create, and the way that I give multiple choice right on the menu. People generally do not need to contact because of that. So, it will take a year to get this back up--I feel that is remarkably unfair. I work to hard for that.
I am an honest person or I would just go have a few of my friends message me to bring those points up. But I am not that way. So, I feel that this is seriously going to keep my Star seller status that I had, in the dark for a year.
It takes 19 answered messages to counterattack that 1 unanswered message.
@Jaydlins: And remember when you look at the applicable CSV file (as recommended above) that only the FIRST message of a NEW THREAD counts. Also, the messages are not included in the calculation until after the 24 hour reply window has passed.
Can you still reply to the message or send it to spam?
