Dowloaded report says I didn't offer tracking

This will effect my star rating for January.

There can be a period of days when properly-tracked shipments show up incorrectly on the CSV. They should eventually correct themselves, but it may not be before the new month's badges have been calculated. 24 hours keeps being mentioned as the time it takes to update, but that's rarely true on my end.

Is the item in transit or does it still say pre-transit?  It has to be accepted by USPS.

Did you ship within your processing time frame or even a bit before.  If the item is posted and the label date is outside processing time frame, it won't count.  

Sometimes the Etsy software does not catch.  Unfortunately nothing can be done about it as Etsy will not change the information for SS.

@TimsDiamondWillow: Probably almost everyone on this forum can sympathize with you but a quick search would show you innumerable threads about your exact issue. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.
